Terms of Service

By accessing or using OwnrView Pty Ltd (ABN 44 696 826 445) ("OwnrView", "we", "us", or "our") and its platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered users, visitors, and any person accessing the Platform in any capacity.

OwnrView is a property portfolio management platform designed to assist Australian property investors with tracking, analysing, and managing their real estate investments. Features include portfolio dashboards, deal analysis tools, financial calculators, mortgage tracking, expense management, and AI-generated insights.

The Platform is provided for informational and organisational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OwnrView. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a security risk.

OwnrView offers free and paid subscription tiers. The features available to you depend on your current plan. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected users.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.

OwnrView offers a Founding Member program providing full Platform access free of charge for a specified period. Founding Member status is granted at our sole discretion to the first eligible users who register during the early access period. Founding membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered account holder.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by OwnrView or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial property management purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant OwnrView a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

OwnrView Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and the Platform does not constitute a financial product under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

The information, calculations, projections, and AI-generated content provided by OwnrView are for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

You should seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser, mortgage broker, solicitor, or accountant before making any financial or investment decisions. OwnrView accepts no liability for decisions made based on the Platform's outputs.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnrView and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in the Platform. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this by providing written notice to the other describing the nature of the dispute. If unresolved within 30 days of that notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

OwnrView will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, or third-party service failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
